Regarding the sale of media rights, a BCB official told Cricbuzz, “We will take time to study the market. There is no rush. We can make different deals (for different series).” Apart from this, regarding the media rights, the Indian broadcasting company told Cricbuzz, “They (BCB) have informed that the India series is not happening for now. Despite giving a notice of the media rights, they are not accepting tender invitations. So for now, they have decided to sell the media rights of the Pakistan series.”
Initially, the BCB had planned to sell the media rights for the series on the FTP schedule for a period of two years. Which would have been effective from July 2025 to June 2027.
